Like its predecessor, a major goal for this science fair is to help students realize that scientific knowledge does not stand alone; it may shine light on Christian truth and, in return, Christian truth may help us to understand science and our project's results. Today, more than ever, science is viewed as ultimate truth while the truths of the Bible are largely ignored. The results is loss of connectedness, and of meaning to the whole. Hopefully, the student will learn that the Bible tells us the why of God’s works and that the discovery of scientific knowledge explains how he did it. Science fair projects should reflect the harmony that exists between God’s Word and his creation.
